Who was Michael ?
How do you see that? Today, 7 July 2009, Michael has collected around him the people on the planet Earth. No one (ordinary man, president of any state, Pope, Green Peace, UN, others) has not done this before. A billion people will watch television broadcasting. Probably another one billion will listen to this. The 11.000 fans will be there in the Staples Center. And maybe other tens of thousands out. One million fans have come from everywhere in Los Angeles. Approximately one third of our planet will be connected to this ceremony of the greatest King of Pop music. Perhaps tomorrow we will hear that all records in terms of audience ever recorded on Earth, have become extremely small. It seems a shame that this happened to Michael Jackson at his death. But it’s very good that it happened also in his life (not the same size, of course). Many questions remain: Who was Michael? How has he arrived on Earth? From where came his music?
I strongly believe that Michael would not have liked the ceremony in Los Angeles. But he would be delighted to know that so much of humankind has been and will always be beside him.

Nimeni (om obisnuit, presedintele oricarui stat, Papa, Green Peace, ONU, altii) nu a mai facut asta pana acum. Probabil mâine vom auzi că toate recordurile, în materie de audiente înregistrate vreodată pe Pamânt, au devenit extrem de mici. Un miliard de oameni urmarește transmisia televizată acum. Probabil un alt miliard va asculta asta. Cei 11.000 de fani vor fi acolo în Staples Center. Si poate alte zeci de mii, afară. Un milion de fani au sosit, de peste tot, in Los Angeles. Aproximativ o treime din planeta noastra va fi conectată la această ceremonie a Regelui muzicii pop. America va sta acasa si va privi spre Michael. Mi se pare trist că asta se întamplă cu Michael Jackson la moartea lui. Dar e foarte bine ca asta s-a intamplat, de asemenea, si atunci cand era in viata. Nu la aceleasi dimensiuni, bineinteles. Multe întrebari ramân: cine a fost Michael? Cum a ajuns el pe Pamânt? De pe unde venea muzica lui?
Cred cu tarie că Michael nu si-ar fi dorit ceremonia din Los Angeles. Nu era genul lui. Dar ar fi fost încântat să stie că o mare parte a omenirii a fost si va fi mereu alaturi de el.
